The Action for Future project and the developed method handbooks were presented at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, social work course.
The students tested the methods as part of the courses. They developed challenges in 7 different practice facilities, which they worked on as part of a design thinking process. Then they took part in the piloting and tested the methods in the manual. The practice facilities included a training course for young refugees, a training course for people with disabilities, a day care center for young mentally ill people, school social work, a mothers training center and a youth parliament.
The feedback was very positive and helpful for the Start-ready Action for Future project team.
