Adult Trainers

They are the main focus of our project. Two sub-groups: internal trainers, who are staff members of our organisations, our associated partners and our affiliated
networks and external, who are part of the national and European training communities. The aim of dissemination (communication) activities will be to ensure active participation of min. 40 adult trainers (15 for piloting activities and 25 for exploitation). In addition, we expect that through overall dissemination activities the number of adult trainers reached will be higher and is reflected in the overall target for persons reached through dissemination, which is min. 1200. The initial estimate that this number will be min. 150 adult trainers.

Young adults in risk

They are the beneficiary of all our efforts. Two sub-groups: learners across the partnership and learners of our associated partners and other adult training
providers. The aim of dissemination (communication) activities will be to ensure active participation of min. 180 young adults in risk (75 for piloting activities and 105 for exploitation). In addition, we expect that through overall dissemination activities the number of adult learners reached will be higher and is reflected in the overall target for persons reached through dissemination, which is min. 1200 for all partner countries. The initial estimate that this number will be min. 150 learners .

Adult training providers working with disadvantaged learners

They are the potential multipliers of the Action for Future outputs. We expect that through overall dissemination activities the number reached will be min. 300 representatives.

Other stakeholders

Other stakeholders such as NGOs working with young adults and policy makers in the field of employment and education, and inclusion policies. They are perceived as the long-term supporters of Action for Future sustainability. We expect that through overall dissemination activities we will reach min. 300 representatives of this audience.
